CAZIMI FOUNDING MEMBERS DRIVE
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entity: In A Good Way LLC dba Cazimi ("Cazimi," "we," "us," or "our")

1. Campaign Purpose & Non-Equity Disclaimer

The Cazimi Founding Members Drive is a pre-opening rewards campaign organized to raise capital for commercial kitchen equipment, furniture, and opening operational assets for our location at Vashon Villages. Participation does not convey any form of equity, ownership interest, partnership, profit-sharing, voting rights, or financial return. Backers purchase the specific goods, food and beverage credits, and hospitality experiences listed in their selected tier.

2. Immediate Payment & Final Sale

All contributions and tier purchases are processed immediately upon checkout. Because all raised capital is committed directly to non-refundable opening equipment purchases and buildout expenses, all tier purchases are strictly non-refundable unless the project fails to proceed. We do not accept cancellation or refund requests prior to or following reward fulfillment.

3. Reward Fulfillment & Estimated Timelines

All fulfillment dates are good-faith estimates and subject to standard commercial permitting, supply chain, and buildout schedules.

  • Store Credits & Digital Tabs: Slated for activation around our opening target in November 2026.

  • Physical Merchandise: Slated for pickup at Cazimi during soft-opening events in November 2026.

  • Preview Dinners & Events: Scheduled for November 2026. Specific dates will be communicated via email with reasonable advance notice.

If an item or experience is delayed or becomes commercially unfeasible to deliver as described, Cazimi reserves the right to provide an updated fulfillment date, a comparable substitute of equal value, or store account credit equal to the retail value of that specific item. Cash refunds will not be issued.

4. Transferability & Gifting

Tier benefits—including digital house tabs, merchandise vouchers, and preview dinner seats—may be gifted or transferred to another party. The original purchaser must notify Cazimi in writing at least 48 hours prior to redemption, providing the designated recipient's full legal name and contact details.

5. Redemption, Store Credits & Discounts

  • House Credits / Digital Tabs: Redeemable toward food and beverage purchases. Tabs function as gift certificates, do not expire under Washington State law, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless mandated by state statute.

  • Ongoing Percentage Discounts (Tiers 2–4): Valid on eligible regular-priced menu purchases for the specified timeframe (e.g., Year 1). Percentage discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other promotional discounts, holiday specials, or community-wide sales.

  • Private Space Rental (Tier 4): Grants access to the Cazimi physical space for a private gathering, subject to mutually agreed calendar availability and standard venue rules. Private rentals exclude food, beverage, and service labor, which must be arranged separately unless otherwise noted.

6. Modifications & Substitutions

Cazimi reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to merchandise colorways, physical packaging, drink formulations, and event menus based on supplier availability and seasonal agricultural sourcing, provided the functional quality remains equivalent.

7. Operational Boundaries & Conduct

Founding Member status conveys community recognition and hospitality perks only. It confers no authority over business operations, employment decisions, pricing, hours, or menu design. Cazimi reserves the right to revoke event access or refuse service to any individual engaging in unlawful, disruptive, or abusive behavior toward staff or guests, without liability for refund.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase through the Cazimi Founding Members Drive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
